He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Banks, Sr. and Irene Banks (Taylor). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Banks (White); his children, Andrew R. Banks of Dover and Kristin J. Kvaternik (Chris) of Port Washington, NY; his sister Jeanne Zimmerman of Camp Hill; and his grandsons, Evan Banks, Jack and Sam Kvaternik.
