He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence J. Baker and Blanche Baker (Askins); and his sister Doris J. Cramer. He is survived by: his wife Jane Baker (Lefever); his son Robert L. Baker (Catherine); his sister Patricia Ann Long (David) of Gwynedd; and his grandsons, Nathan R. Baker of State College and Adam R. Baker of Germany.
