He is survived by: his sons, Randy L. Hoffman of Dillsburg, Rick L. Hoffman (Terry) of Dillsburg and Rodney A. Hoffman (Cathy) of Dillsburg; his sisters, Hazel N. Wiley of Dillsburg and Mildred E. Lerew (Francis) of Shepherdstown; his grandchildren, Christina, Ryan and Kaitlin; and his great grandchildren, Braeden and Makenna.
