We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2020, at the age of 73, Paul Andrew Walters of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bonita Walters (Sicola); his daughters, Shannon Ulm Walters and Shelby Paxton (Walters); his grandchildren, Shea, Haydn, Asher and Henle; his sister Rita Dilling (Walters) of Altoona, PA.; and his parents, Sheldon Walters and Helen Walters.
