Diak; her sons, Joseph J. Diak of Columbia, PA, Robert M. Diak of Harrisburg, PA and Ronald M. Diak of Severn, MD; and her sister Theresa Chabala of Harrisburg, PA. She is also survived by four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
