Kipp, Jr. of Lebanon, PA, Garrison Kipp of Dover, PA, Colin Kipp of Camp Hill and Victoria Slobodian of Camp Hill; and her life partner Neal Brown of Dillsburg. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and close friends.
