It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Eugene Kemper of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 7, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Eugene Kemper and Betty Jane Ritter (Mack). He is survived by: his significant other Tina Ann Walters; his children, Callie Ann Kitzmiller (Shawn) of Mechanicsburg, Michael E. Kemper, Jr. of Dillsburg and Aaron Walters of Colorado; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Kitzmiller, Waylon Kitzmiller, Wyatt Kitzmiller, Michael Kemper, III and Vivien Kemper; and his sister Deborah Bobb (Raymond Bobb, III) of Carlisle.

“I know the loss of a loved one my oldest nephew went home to Jesus November 9, 2021. My heart goes out to the greving family members. I worked with and around Mike for 20 years as a Test and Calibration Techn in Building 45 at Harley-Davidson. Mike was one of the best mechanics I had the opertunity to know and work with. Remembering the good times and when he made you smile will help with dealing with the loss. Don Bahn.”
