He is survived by: his parents, Michael E. Wehler of Dillsburg and Mary A. Combs (Hartlaub) of Abbottstown; his son Michael Joseph Wehler, Jr.; his sister Brittany N. Ryder of East Berlin; and his grandmothers, Janella Wehler of Dillsburg and Betty Hartlaub of Bonneville. He is also survived by two nieces, 5 nephews, and aunts and uncles.
