He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Hendrickson and Lucia Hendrickson of Vineland; his children, Zachary (Shiloh) of Mechanicsburg and Rachel of York; his brother Charles of Vineland, NJ; and his grandson Ezra of Mechanicsburg. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association, 4250 Crums Mill Road, Harrisburg, PA 17112.
