It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mervin Smith Jr. (Dillsburg, Pennsylvania), born in York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 24, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin Frederick Smith, Sr. and Ruth Naomi Smith (Bankert); his daughter Athena Marie Wolfe; and his brother Robert Lee Smith. He is survived by: his son Mervin Frederick Smith, III of Dillsburg; his grandchildren, Clayton Lee Wolfe of Dillsburg and Chani Wolfe of Dillsburg; his sister Sandra Mort of York; his mother-in-law Shirley Ann Bell of Lewisberry; his siblings-in-law, Susan Clemens (Charles) of Harrisburg, Shirlene Miller (David) of Mechanicsburg and George Bell (Gladys) of Richmond, VA; and his pet Oscar. He is also survived by his two nieces; his two nephews.
