It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lynn S. Paxton of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 13, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Paxton and Bernadette E. Paxton (Strayer); and his sister Patsy Berger. He is survived by: his wife Barbara E. Paxton (Deardorff) of Dillsburg, PA; his children, Brett Paxton (Shelby), Stacie Madara (Ryan) and Brooke Shambach (Brad); his grandchildren, Shea, Hailey, Haydn, Hunter, Addison, Asher, Liam and Henle; and his pet Augie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Eastern Museum of Motor Racing.
