He was predeceased by: his father Philip Simeon; his wife Betty "Sue" Simeon (Bynum); his son Mark L. Simeon; and his sisters, Anna Simeon and Mildred Hartl.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly A. Adams (James) of Mechanicsburg, Donna M. Ensor of Abu Dhabi, UAE and Jennifer S. Villarreal of Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Adrian Ensor, Ashley Ensor-Campbell and Abigale Adams.
