He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester L. Elicker and Annie Elicker (Kuhn); his wife Erma L. Elicker (Smith); and his daughter Debra Kuhn. He is survived by: his children, Gary Elicker (Jody) of Dillsburg, Larry Elicker (Terry) of Dillsburg and Michele Lehman of Carlisle. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
