He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Leona Lincourt; his wife Lisa E. McCoy Lincourt; his children, Heather Clauser, William Craig Lincourt (Maryann Maneval) of Dillsburg and Cortney Clark (Bruce Gessner) of Dillsburg; his siblings, Dennis Lincourt and Gale; and his niece Erica Shambaugh.
