She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy M. Pipher and Bertha S. Pipher (Brizius); her children, Michael E. Strouse of Dover and Deborah L. Bennett of Mechanicsburg; her sister Norma Mitten of Franklintown; her son Joseph A. Strouse; her sister Nancy Pipher; and her half-siblings, Bernice Hoover, Kenneth and David Pipher. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
