He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Marion Edith Getty (Holman); his wife Kathy Eileen Getty (Koser); and his son John Harold Getty. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Alan Getty (Kimberly) and Phillip Andrew Getty (Emily); his grandchildren, Brittany Getty, Brandon Getty, Noah Getty and Grace Getty; his great grandchild Christopher Getty; and his sister Susan Navratil (Susanne Keller). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
