He was predeceased by: his parents, William John and Lillian Katherine Parks (Zymkiewicz); and his brother William E. Parks. He is survived by: his wife Delores Parks (Young); his son Michael Parks; and his siblings, Richard (Judy Parks) and Susan Edwards.
