He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Prough, Sr. and Margaret Prough (Smeltzer). He is survived by: his children, Noah Prough of Dillsburg and Katiejo Prough of Dillsburg; his siblings, Sharon Prough, Pat Prough, Mark Prough and Pauline Prough; and his granddaughter Adalynn.
