He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Matson Kutz and Doris Minich Kutz. He is survived by: his spouse Jody Kutz (Ott); his children, Michael Kutz, Morgan Kutz, Sarah Kutz, Shawna Ott and Tara Ott; his brother John Kutz (Kathy Kutz); his nieces and nephews, Allison, Maggie and Tim; his brother Bill Kutz (Linda Kutz); his niece Katie; and his nephew Max.
