He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pearl Cullings and Hoover; his daughter Donna L. Miller of Carlisle; and his stepdaughter Sandra W. Hoath. He was also cherished by four grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Due to covid-19 the funeral home will be following the CDC guidelines of waring masks and practicing social distancing.
