It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Alan Bassler of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 15, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Gary C. Bassler (Linda). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lynn Bassler (Guyer); his daughters, Samantha Bassler (Eric Bintner) of Brooklyn, NY and Anna McCauslin (Chad) of Dillsburg, PA; and his grandchildren, Bianca and Rory McCauslin of Dillsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
