He is survived by: his spouse Mildred Buckwalter Mann; his parent Harriet Mann; his children, Dennis Mann of Dillsburg, PA, Gloria Lebo (Gary) of Dillsburg, PA, Nancy Dugbartey (Louis) of Naugatuck, CT and Roy Mann of Franklintown, PA; and his siblings, Myron Mann of Van Nuys, CA, Miriam Hock of Carlisle, PA and Erma Herr of Ulster, PA.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
