He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Julian and Helen M. McHugh (Creely). He is survived by: his wife Stephane K. Julian (Baxter); his daughter Joslyn "Josie" Skye Julian; his siblings, Sandra L. Hensley (Shane) of Harvest, AL and David J. Julian (Deb) of Harrisburg; and his stepfather Paul McHugh (Diane) of Shiremanstown. He is also survived by nieces and several nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc. (30 N Chestnut St, Dillsburg, PA 17019). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Josie's college fund.
