With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Edward Ray Strayer of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Edward left this world on April 28, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Edward shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Edward farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Keyser Strayer; his children, Drew Strayer and Sarah Renard; and his brothers, Charles "Skip" Strayer of Gettysburg and David Strayer of York.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Dillsburg Brethren in Christ Church (18 E Harrisburg St, Dillsburg, PA 17019).
