He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanne C. Guay (Boucher); his parents, Dr. Aurelien Guay and Aurise Guay (Harpin); and his siblings, Donald Guay, Ann Devuyst and Pauline Fadgen.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Guay (Christine) of Florida, Kimberly Jasinski (Jeffrey) of Ft. Meade, MD and Kristen Goulet (Keith); his siblings, Bert Guay of Ohio, Rene Guay, Charlie Guay and Jean Jalbert of Florida; his grandchildren, Jenna (Michael), Kyana (Brent), Sarah, Kaelyn (Kyle), Kobe, Joshua, Maxwell, Karoline and Kameron; and his great grandchildren, Kassidae, Sutter, Lucia and Peyton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
