It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Howe (Dillsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Milford, Delaware, who passed away on October 5, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent William Thomas. She is survived by: her parent Mildred Blanken (Figgs); her children, William A. Howe (Stacey) of York Springs and Darcy E. Howe of Greenbelt, MD; and her granddaughter Lauryn T. Howe of York Springs.
