He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Binner and Helen R. Binner (Kline); his son Dwight D. Binner; and his grandson Jacob. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia E. Binner (Wiebner); his children, Roxann L. Yon (Jon) of Altoona and David E. Binner (Cynthia) of New Cumberland; and his siblings, Anna Dahr of Mechanicsburg, Joyce Wilhelm of Easton, MD and Stanley Binner of Dillsburg. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
