Bender (Dillsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 21, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Richard and Beulah Bender (Dick). He is survived by: his wife Deborah R. of Dillsburg; and his children, Brianne, Stephen (Amanda) and Samuel (Rachel). He is also survived by one sister; and two brothers.
