She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Jackson and Helen Jean Jackson (McClain); and her brothers, Wayne D. Jackson and Kenneth E. Jackson. She is survived by: her husband David Chadderton; her son David D. Chadderton (Patty) of Dilliner; and her granddaughter Hillery Chadderton of Pittsburgh.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Amedisys Hospice, 2181 McClellandtown Rd., Masontown, PA 15461.
