He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Sharpton and Della Sharpton (Johnson); his wife Donna Lee Kovalcheck Sharpton (Greenawalt); his children, Timmy Kovalcheck of Carmichaels and JoAnn Garrison (Robert) of Waynesburg; and his sisters, Elsie Bright of Missouri and Linda Davidson of Missouri.
In lieu of flowers, it is suggested memorials be offered to the Greene County Veteran Memorial Park, at P.O. Box 371, Waynesburg, PA 15370.
