He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Pennington and Mildred R. Pennington (Auther). He is survived by: his significant other Janet A. Burich; his sons, Brad M. Pennington (Lynn) of Dilliner and Joseph D. Pennington (Carly) of Point Marion; his grandson Hayden M. Pennington; his brothers, Ronald Pennington of New Smyrna Beach, Fla. and Robert Pennington (Christine) of Deland, Fla.; his siblings-in-law, Joseph Burich, Robert Burich, Christine Spiker and Mary Ann Pennington; and his nieces and nephews, Kristen Mullins (Brad), Joseph Spiker (Sarah), Mike Burich (Susie), Brent Burich (Jen), Michael Pennington (Jennifer) and Derek Pennington.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Yoskovich Funeral Home (300 S Vine St, Carmichaels, PA 15320). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Ignatius of Antioch Roman Catholic Church (305 Grant St, Bobtown, PA 15315).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made via PayPal to the Greensboro Youth Baseball Association or by check to GYBA, 131 Shelby Lane, Dilliner, PA 15327.
