He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Mae Howdershelt Cox; his daughter Brenda Hughes (Steve) of Morgantown; his granddaughter Amanda Hughes; his great grandchildren, Brooklin, Dylan Hughes, Arianna and Lillian Knapp; and his siblings-in-law, Annie Cox of Morgantown, Mary Sue Cox of San Antonio, TX, Robert Howdershelt (Ruth Ann) of Bruceton Mills, Judy Phillips (Neil) of Dilliner, PA, Jean Groves (Don) of Bruceton Mills, Darlene Bonievich of Irwin, PA and Vicky Howdershelt of Morgantown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
