She is survived by: her parent Agnes Pacanowski Dombrowski; her children, Jan Pavlowski (Debbie), Leon (Chery), Susan Burney (Vincent), Laura Pavlowski and Theresa Meinert (Todd); and her grandchildren, Samantha, Jillian, Dennis Mishko (Kathleen), Vincent, Alex, Joshua Burney (Sara), Erika Pavlowski, Jan Pavlowski, Allison Pavlowski, Jessica Pavlowski, Amanda Meinert and Evan Meinert. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
