He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kaszuba and Sophie Kuzara Kaszuba; his siblings, Frank, John Kaszuba, Caroline Kaszuba and Carlotta Atkinson; his niece Misty Wadas; and his siblings-in-law, Liz Kaszuba, Larry Lefkowitz, Donna Sekelsky, Joseph Sekelsky and Jack Sekelsky.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Sekelsky Kaszuba; his grandchild Chaz; his children, Robert W. Kaszuba (Jill) and Lisa DeCavage (Gary); his granddaughter Eva Kaszuba; his brother Carl Kaszuba (Luann); and his sisters-in-law, Marie Sekelsky and Pat Gregory (Robert). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
