Dougher; his siblings, Debra Williams of Scranton, Patricia Dougher of Scranton, Michael Dougher of Forest City, Midwest of Forest City and Brian Dougher of Forest City; his grandchildren, Kaiden Muta, Alina Muta, Austin, Nicholas, Isabella and Cailey; his stepdaughter Kristina Waters (Lawrence); and also, John Muta and Dunmore.
