James Joseph Barnauskas Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Joseph Barnauskas of Dickson City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 8, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Joseph Barnauskas to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Barnauskas and Helen Barnauskas Sr. of Dickson City; and his siblings, Julius Barnauskas Jr., Marie Barnauskas, Eileen Barnauskas and Karen Slatchka Fuller.

He is survived by: his brothers, Michael Barnauskas and Richard Barnauskas (Donna) of Hatfield, PA; his sister-in-law Carol Barnauskas; and his godson Garry Bartosch (Savanna). He is also survived by niece and nephews and numerous friends.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Thomas J. Hughes Funeral Home (1240 St Ann St, Scranton, PA 18504).
