She was predeceased by: her husband William T. DeFazio; and her brothers, Leonard, Edward, Thomas, Michael Jr. and Joseph Rutkowski.

She is survived by: her sister Marion Romanosky; her son John DeFazio of Bartonsville; her husband Robert; and her great-niece Tori Lynn Romanosky.
