She is survived by: her husband Vincent Butkiewicz; and her children, Kathleen Hubbard, Jean Marie McLean (Jeffrey), Vincent (Laura Butkiewicz) and Joseph Butkiewicz. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
