It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dennis Sowinski (Dickson City, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 5, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sowinski and Sophie Zelewski Sowinski of Dickson City; and his brother Joseph. He is survived by: his children, Michael, Jean Sowinski, Judy Charney, Angela and Bob Gasper; his grandchildren, Attorney Michael Sowinski, Sarah (Austin Kline), Nicole (Drew Hurchick), Karen Charney and Calista Gasper (Zandra Gasper); his friend Phyllis Donaldson; and his siblings, Frank Sowinski, Mary Sowinski, Ann Begin, Sophia Svelund, Leonard and Carol Sowinski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
