He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph Packer, Modesty and Mary Cucura. He is survived by: his parents, Colleen M. Packer Cucura and David L. Cucura; his siblings, Chelsea Cucura Chaparro (Andrew) and Justin Cucura; his nephews, Kai, Shiloh Chaparro and Mayfield; his grandmother Rose Packer; and his stepfather Gary Franke.
