She was predeceased by: her father Steve Kowalchik; and her grandson Arthur McPhillips III. She is survived by: her children, Arthur McPhillips Jr. (Lisa), Lori McPhillips-Gogas (Peter) and Chad McPhillips (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Kacie, Collin and Dylan; and her godchildren, Christian Evans and Candice Evans.
