She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Jaskulski; her parents, John Evanitsky and Mary Baranowski Evanitsky; her brother Thomas Evanitsky; her son-in-law David Spinello; and her siblings, John Evanitsky and Frances Belack.

She is survived by: her children, Sandi Spinello and Frank Jaskulski (Patricia); her grandchildren, Ryan Spinello, Kristie Spinello of Dickson City, C. J and Paul Jaskulski; and her great grandchildren, Frankie and Julia Jaskulski.

Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Dickson City Civic Center, 935 Albert St., Dickson City, PA 18519.
