He was predeceased by: his mother Kimberly Hiller Zantowsky. He is survived by: his father Jeff Smith of Florida; his sons, Asher Smith of Throop, PA and Colin Weber of Moscow, PA; and his siblings, Tina Vosburg (John) of Dickson City, PA, Danielle Smith of New Castle, PA, Karl Zantowsky of Carbondale, PA, Richard Hiller of Carbondale, PA and Ryan James of Dickson City, PA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
