He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Bill and Clara E. Ryan Bill (Andrews). He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Ryan (Bell) of Devon, PA; his children, William J. Ryan (Karen) of Ft. Washington, PA, Kimberly Ryan of Chestnut Hill, PA and Jeffrey Ryan (Jennifer) of Largo, FL; his brother Edward Ryan (late Toni) of Norwood, PA; his grandsons, Rodman and William; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
