He is survived by: his parents, Edward Deuber and Katherine Deuber; his siblings, Robert Deuber and Anna Marie Evans; his spouse Barbara Johnson; and his children, William Jr (Charlene), Kenneth Peters and Janet Peters (Todd).

Contributions in his memory may be made to the Francisvale Home for Smaller Animals, 328 Upper Gulph Road, Radnor, PA 19087, in lieu of flowers.
