He is survived by: his spouse Gail Bernier; his sons, Mark (Sharon), Nicholas and William; his stepchildren, Caroline, Allison and James; and his children, Matthew (Laurie), Katie, Rachel, Luke, Allie, Maya, Juliet, Michael and Tim.
