He was predeceased by: his parents, James Louis, Jr. and Elizabeth M. Woodward; and his brother James Woodward, III. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. Woodward; his children, Danielle Hope Scafidi (Michael), Morgan Taylor Giannone (Justin), Connor Michael Woodward (Kaitlin), Luca Giannone, Reagan Woodward, Wyatt Woodward and Jade Giannone; his siblings, Patrick Woodward (Susan) and Elizabeth Smith (late Kenny); his mother-in-law Amelia McDevitt (late Jack); and his sisters-in-law, Marybeth McDevitt and Patricia McDevitt.
