She was predeceased by: her parents, James G. Repp and Marguritte Repp (Layton); her husband Edward A. Kutzer Sr.; her daughter Kim L. Kutzer; and her sisters, Jean, Patty, Joy and Judy.
She is survived by: her children, Sheree Williams of Latrobe, Renee Peter of St. Petersburg, FL, Edward A. Kutzer Jr. (Becky Rupert) of Derry, Robin Ellenberger (Charles) of Boliver and Kelly G. Kutzer (Kim) of Latrobe; her grandchildren, Amanda, Laura Tipton, Brandon Gioia, Cody Kutzer (Katie), Caitlin, Sydney Stowe, Deven Burger, Madison Burger, Cameron Zuschlag, Janelle and Nick Kontor; and her great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Michael, Carson and Josie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
