She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fink and Pearl Fink (McKlveen); her daughter Carol Letosky; and her siblings, Charles "Bud", Wilbert Fink, Mary Ritchey, Margaret Hutka and Della Laughrey.
She is survived by: her children, Charles M. Letosky of Bradenville, Georgia A. Letosky (Don Bitner) of Bradenville, Anita J. Harter (Mark) of Blairsville and Renee L. Letosky-Smith (Charles) of Tarpon Springs, FL; her sister Vicky McCabe of Ashtabula, OH; her grandchildren, Jessie O'Brien, Jared Letosky, Kady Letosky, Grace Harter, Lydia Harter and Avery Smith; her great grandchildren, Colin O'Brien and Shane O'Brien; and her pet Teddy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
