He was predeceased by: his parent Peter Orazio; his son Samuel P. Orazio, Jr.; and his brothers, James Jr. and Peter Orazio, Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Domenica "Mickey" Orazio (Torockio); his wife JoAnn A. Orazio (Kubistek) of Derry; his children, Ronald S. Orazio, Debbie M. Lewis of Derry, Janice L. Orazio, Joshua Lisbon of Boswell and Susan E. Giannini; and his sisters, Theresa Thompson, Rose Marie Rosse of Delaware, Gloria Swieczkowski of Shippensburg, Shirley Orvosh, Justine "Judy" Quesenberry and Patricia Orazio of Shippensburg. He is also survived by grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and he is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
